Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 pears, thinly sliced
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup arugula
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Lightly brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Layer the sliced pears evenly over the dough.
5. Sprinkle Gorgonzola and mozzarella cheese over the pears.
6. Add walnuts and fresh rosemary evenly across the pizza.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula before slicing and serving.
