2 large eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie pan, crimping the edges.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree and honey until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
