Rustic Blueberry Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
2 cups of fresh blueberries
2 cups of sliced peaches
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, and granulated sugar. Toss gently and set aside.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. Stir in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until a smooth batter forms.
5. Spread the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
6. Spoon the fruit mixture evenly over the batter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the crust comes out clean.
8. Let cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual servings in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until warmed through.
