Pizza Quesadillas
Pizza Quesadillas combine the cheesy goodness of pizza with the crispy, handheld convenience of quesadillas. These delightful snacks are stuffed with melty mozzarella, spicy pepperoni, and flavorful marinara sauce, making them perfect for a quick meal or snack that is sure to please everyone in the family.

Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
24 slices of pepperoni
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
2. Spread 1/4 cup of marinara sauce evenly over each tortilla.
3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
4. Arrange 6 slices of pepperoni on one half of each tortilla.
5. Fold the tortillas in half, pressing gently to seal.
6. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
7. Place the folded tortillas in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Remove from the skillet and let cool for 1-2 minutes before slicing into wedges.
9. Serve warm, with additional marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until heated through. Alternatively, reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
