Pizza Pinwheels
Savory and delicious Pizza Pinwheels offer an irresistible twist on classic pizza, featuring flaky puff pastry filled with tangy marinara, hearty pepperoni, and gooey melted cheese. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick meal, these pinwheels are easy to make and even easier to love.

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
20 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 10x12 inches.
3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
5. Starting from one of the long edges, gently roll the pastry into a tight log.
6. Slice the log into 1/2 inch thick pinwheels and place them spiral side up on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Brush the tops and sides with beaten egg to promote a golden finish.
8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store cooled pinwheels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until heated through.
