Ingredients

1 box of angel food cake mix
1 can (20 oz) of crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple (including juice).
3. Add in the vanilla extract and salt; mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
4. Pour the batter into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake springs back when lightly pressed.
6. Allow the cake to cool upside down in the pan for about an hour before serving.
