Peppered Sirloin Delight

Ingredients
2 lbs sirloin steak
1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup beef stock
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Pat the sirloin steaks dry with a paper towel.
2. Combine crushed black peppercorns and sea salt, and rub the mixture evenly over the steaks.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
5. Remove steaks from skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
7. Add beef stock, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Return steaks to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
10. Remove from heat and let rest before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
