Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced
4 ripe peaches, pitted and diced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
4 ounces goat cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a bowl, combine diced peaches, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
