Ingredients

2 fresh tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick)

1 lemon, zested

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
