Ingredients

4 medium apples, cored and sliced

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add apple slices to the skillet and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.

4. Stir gently to coat the apples evenly.
