Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp BBQ spice blend
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 cups mixed salad greens
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Pat dry the salmon fillets and season with BBQ spice blend, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the salmon, skin-side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
5. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
6. Toss mixed greens in the lemon dressing.
7. Serve the salmon hot with a side of dressed greens.

Storage

Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
