Oven Baked Salmon Delight is a delightful and nutritious main course featuring fresh salmon fillets seasoned with a blend of herbs and lemon, enveloped in foil for a juicy, tender experience.

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of foil large enough to wrap it.
3. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Top each fillet with a few slices of lemon, a sprinkle of dill, parsley, and minced garlic.
5. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
6. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Carefully open the foil packets, being cautious of the hot steam, and serve the salmon hot.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until heated through.
