Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
2 racks of pork ribs
1 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, bone-side down.
5. Cover the ribs with another sheet of aluminum foil, sealing the edges to create a pouch.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
7. Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 350°F (175°C).
8. Mix BBQ sauce with apple cider vinegar and brush generously over both sides of the ribs.
9. Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
10. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place ribs in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
