Ingredients

2 cups walnuts
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Spread the walnuts evenly on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8 minutes.
3. In a saucepan, combine sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and salt; heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
4. Stir in the butter and allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Remove walnuts from the oven and immediately pour the glaze over, tossing to coat evenly.
6. Spread the walnuts back onto the baking sheet and let them cool completely.

Storage

Store cooled glazed walnuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Reheating

Reheat by spreading on a baking sheet and warming in an oven at 300°F for 5 minutes.
