One-Pot Chicken Alfredo
This creamy and delicious One-Pot Chicken Alfredo is perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner. It features tender chicken pieces and fettuccine simmered in a rich, homemade Alfredo sauce made from Parmesan cheese, butter, and cream. Perfectly finished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
12 oz fettuccine
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from pot and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
3. Add fettuccine to the pot, stirring to coat the pasta. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente and liquid has reduced.
4. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pot. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place the desired portion in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. Add a splash of cream if needed to maintain the creamy texture.
