Ingredients

2 lbs russet potatoes

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Peel and cube the russet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
