Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture until well combined.
5. Stir in the oats, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
