Ingredients

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, salt, walnuts, and cherries until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
5. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
6. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Storage

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
