Nutty Maple Granola
A deliciously crunchy and slightly sweet granola recipe featuring the warm flavors of nuts and maple syrup. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack, packed with nutrients and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup raw almonds, chopped
1 cup raw pecans, chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pecans, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
5. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. The granola will crisp up as it cools.
8. Once cooled, transfer the granola to an airtight container for storage.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Reheating
Best enjoyed at room temperature, but can be slightly warmed in the oven at 200°F (93°C) for 5 minutes if desired.
