Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and mix in the oats until well combined.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips, allowing them to melt slightly.
