No-Bake Berry Cream Cheese Delight

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with granulated sugar and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
3. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully integrated.
4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the crust.
6. Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the cream cheese filling.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Storage

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
