Morning Delight Pizza

Delight in this delicious breakfast pizza that combines classic morning flavors with a twist, perfect for starting your day with a savory and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

1 refrigerated pizza dough (14 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
4 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.
3. Carefully transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper.
4. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and transfer onto the preheated stone or baking sheet.
5. Bake for 5 minutes until the crust starts to turn golden.
6. Remove the crust from the oven and crack the eggs onto the pizza base.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, bacon, and cherry tomatoes evenly over the top.
8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
9. Remove the pizza from the oven, season with salt, pepper, and chopped basil.
10. Slice and serve immediately.

Storage

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, place slices on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
