Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
1/2 cup brewed espresso
1 cup chopped almonds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir in brewed espresso until combined.
