Mini Pizza Bagels

Ingredients

4 mini bagels, split
1 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the split bagels cut side up on a baking sheet and brush each half lightly with olive oil.
3. Spread about 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each bagel half.
4. Sprinkle each with garlic powder and dried oregano for flavor.
5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Add your choice of toppings such as pepperoni, black olives, and green bell pepper.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store leftover mini pizza bagels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
