Ingredients
1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 mini hot dog buns
2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the lobster evenly.
2. Butter the insides of the mini hot dog buns and toast them on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
3. Fill each toasted bun generously with the lobster mixture.
4. Serve immediately for the best taste.
Storage
Store any leftover lobster mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
