Ingredients

1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 oz mozzarella balls
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Toothpicks or small skewers

Instructions

1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water and pat dry.
2. In a bowl, toss the mozzarella balls with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. To assemble, thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto a toothpick or small skewer.
4. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
5. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.

Storage

Store leftover skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
