2 large eggs

1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp instant coffee powder
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and instant coffee powder.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just blended.
6. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.
7. Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
