Ingredients

1 lb store-bought flatbread
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1 tsp Za’atar spice blend
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh arugula
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Spread minced garlic evenly over the flatbreads.
4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
5. Arrange halved cherry tomatoes, sliced onions, and olives evenly over the cheese.
6. Season with Za’atar, salt, and pepper.
7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
8. Remove from oven and top with fresh parsley, arugula, and crushed red pepper flakes before serving.

Storage
