Ingredients
1 12-inch pizza dough
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 12-inch circle.
3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic.
5. Brush the garlic oil evenly over the pizza dough.
6. Sprinkle rosemary, thyme, and oregano evenly over the dough.
7. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, leaving a small border around the edges.
8. Evenly distribute the feta cheese, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onion slices on top.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
11. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
12. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Storage
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
