Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 cups milk
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup additional pecans for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chopped pecans, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, applesauce, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
