Ingredients

2 lbs carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds

1 tbsp fresh orange zest

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced carrots, maple syrup, orange juice, melted butter, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
