Maple-Glazed Turkey Meatloaf
A deliciously moist and flavor-packed turkey meatloaf glazed with a sweet maple sauce, perfect for a comforting family dinner.

Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, carrots, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
3. Lightly coat a loaf pan with cooking spray. Press the turkey mixture into the pan evenly.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, ketchup, and Dijon mustard.
5. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in the microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Alternatively, reheat in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
