Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Spread the squash pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
