Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup peeled and finely diced apple
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, sugar, and yeast.
2. Add warm milk, melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
3. Gradually add remaining flour and knead until a soft dough forms.
4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled.
5. Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter over it.
6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over buttered dough.
7. Distribute diced apples evenly over the sugar mixture.
8. Roll dough into a log and cut into 12 slices.
9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise again.
10. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
11. For glaze, whisk together maple syrup, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
12. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
