Ingredients

1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

3 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
