Ingredients
1 lb whole carrots
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Peel the carrots and slice them into uniform sticks.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the carrots to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
