Ingredients
1 9-inch pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, maple syrup, corn syrup, melted butter, bourbon, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
3. Add the eggs to the mixture, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
4. Stir in the pecan halves, ensuring they are evenly coated with the filling mixture.
5. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
7. Allow the pie to cool completely before serving.
