Mango Sticky Rice
A delightful Thai dessert that combines sweet coconut-infused sticky rice with juicy ripe mangoes, offering an exotic taste sensation.

Ingredients
1 cup glutinous rice
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak it in water for at least 1 hour, then drain.
2. Steam the rice for 30-40 minutes until tender and sticky.
3. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
4. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and pour 1 cup of the coconut milk mixture over it. Stir well and let it sit for 30 minutes to absorb.
5. To serve, mold the sticky rice on a plate, arrange mango slices on top, drizzle with remaining coconut sauce, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Storage
Store the mango sticky rice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat gently in the microwave until warm, adding a splash of water if needed to restore moisture.
