Mango Mojito

A delightful tropical cocktail combining fresh mango, mint, and lime for a refreshing summer drink with a splash of rum.

Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
10 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz white rum
1 oz simple syrup
Club soda to top
Ice cubes
Lime wedges and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine mango pieces and mint leaves.
2. Muddle gently to release the mint oils and mango juices.
3. Add fresh lime juice, white rum, and simple syrup to the shaker.
4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
5. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
6. Top with club soda and stir gently.
7. Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs before serving.

Storage

This cocktail is best enjoyed immediately. However, you can prepare the mango-mint mixture in advance and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
