2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over them.
