1 lb cod fillets

2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup pitted black olives (sliced)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill, parsley, and minced garlic.
