Lemon Ginger Sautéed Asparagus

Ingredients

asparagus
1 lb,fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp,grated ginger
1 tbsp,olive oil
2 tbsp,salt
1/2 tsp,ground black pepper
1/4 tsp,garlic clove
1 minced,sesame seeds
1 tbsp

Instructions

1. Rinse and trim the asparagus by snapping off the woody ends.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add asparagus to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender-crisp.
5. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the asparagus and season with salt and black pepper.
6. Toss everything well and remove from heat.
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through. Optionally, add a splash of water to help steam and refresh the asparagus.
