Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 cup kimchi, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
8 small corn tortillas
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
1 lime, sliced into wedges
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
4. Warm the corn tortillas on a dry skillet or in a microwave.
