Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
12 large mushrooms
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
5. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and melted butter.
6. Top each stuffed mushroom with the breadcrumb mixture.
7. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftover mushrooms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
