Honey Pineapple Mustard Ham Glaze

Ingredients
1 cup honey
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine honey, pineapple juice, and Dijon mustard.
2. Add apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper.
3. Stir in brown sugar and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
4. Reduce heat to low and let the glaze thicken, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
5. Allow the glaze to cool slightly before applying it to your cooked ham.
Storage
Store any leftover glaze in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
