Honey Oat Beer Bread

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
12 oz beer (lager)
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
3. Slowly stir in the honey and beer until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the batter.
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
Reheating
Reheat slices in a toaster or warm in the oven at 300°F for 10 minutes.
