Ingredients

1 bone-in fully cooked ham (8-10 lbs)
1 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Place the ham in a large roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
4. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored cuts.
5. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
6. Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, basting every 20 minutes with pan juices.
7. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) for the last 20 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
8. Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
