Ingredients
2 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the carrot sticks, honey, olive oil, fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss until the carrots are well-coated.
