Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, ground ginger, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
3. Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and warm the pork chops for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
