Ingredients
2 racks of baby back ribs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp chipotle sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (149°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs, ensuring full coverage.
4. Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulling away from the bones.
6. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, chipotle sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Stir until well blended and slightly thickened.
7. Remove ribs from oven, carefully unwrap, and discard foil.
8. Brush ribs generously with the honey chipotle glaze and set your oven to broil.
9. Return ribs to the oven and broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and bubbly.
10. Allow ribs to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, preheat oven to 250°F (121°C), wrap ribs in foil, and warm for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.
